Job summary

EMPLOYERS is seeking a Program Manager to drive a portfolio of high-impact business and technology initiatives, accelerating enterprise strategy with clear executive communication and cross-functional alignment. This 100% remote opportunity requires 8–12+ years in delivery leadership and deep Agile expertise.

Responsibilities include leading multi-project programs, coordinating dependencies, and driving value realization across streams.

Qualifications

8–12+ years in delivery leadership roles (PM III/Program Manager/Agile Lead).
Strong portfolio and multi-team coordination experience.
Deep expertise in Agile at scale, flow efficiency, and dependency mapping.
Strong business acumen and ability to influence decisions across the enterprise.
Skilled in executive facilitation, strategic roadmapping, and cross-team alignment.

Responsibilities

Lead multi-project program structures with clear outcomes, success measures, and alignment to strategic OKRs.
Coordinate dependencies, capacity, risks, and value release across project streams.
Facilitate executive roadmap reviews, governance forums, and cross-functional planning.
Partner with Product Directors and Technology leaders to sequence work and manage tradeoffs.
Ensure change management, communication, readiness, and adoption occur holistically across teams.
Drive program-level reporting; value realization, KPIs, financials, risk posture.
Support transformation initiatives, delivery framework improvements, and maturity growth.
Mentor Project Managers and Scrum Masters working within program scope.
