Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Technical Infrastructure Project Manager overseeing complex projects.
• Experience managing external, customer-facing projects in professional services or managed services.
• Strong background in Networking, Storage, Virtualization, Cloud, Security, or Collaboration (UC).
• Experience with multisite deployments such as Wireless, Wi-Fi, POS systems, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of multiple complex technical infrastructure projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Develop detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) with clear interdependencies and critical paths.
• Create and implement effective communication strategies for stakeholders and management.
• Monitor project progress; provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders and leadership.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external customers, and stakeholders.
• Manage resource plans, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization across projects.
• Utilize project management tools and methodologies to improve efficiencies and drive success.
• Implement engagement review procedures and QA processes aligned with company methodologies.
• Proactively manage scope changes, risks, and issues to minimize impact on delivery.
• Oversee project financials, including profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates, and utilization.
