Job summary

McKinstry is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Standardization to drive cross-functional process standardization in its Offsite Manufacturing division in Seattle, WA. You will own the process roadmap, lead Acumatica ERP implementation, and align initiatives with organizational OKRs across engineering, supply chain, and operations.

The role emphasizes governance, documentation, and scalable process improvement with broad cross-functional impact and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum eight years of team and/or project management experience.
• Demonstrated experience deploying business processes across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Own the process roadmap for the business unit, sequencing standardization work with live production commitments.
• Translate business objectives into standardization objectives and measures with leadership.
• Lead the implementation of Acumatica (ERP) including schedule ownership and regular status updates.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams through a standard development process to produce released deliverables.
• Draft and propose OKRs for initiatives and report progress to leadership.
