Job summary

McKinstry, a leader in building solutions, seeks a Sr. Director, New Program Development in Offsite Manufacturing.

You will shape enterprise-wide strategy for new programs, guide multi-year growth, and align cross-functional teams across modular products to deliver scalable solutions. This role drives market validation, product design, operating models, and capital strategies to support the company’s 2030 vision, working from Seattle or other strategic US locations.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of progressive leadership in program development, strategy, or operations within manufacturing or construction environments.
• Advanced expertise in strategic growth planning, program/product development, commercialization strategy, DfMA, and integrated financial modeling.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise-wide strategy for new program development across Modular Products.
• Oversee business case development, commercialization roadmaps, and governance of large-scale initiatives.
• Lead market and portfolio expansion through rigorous market analyses and multi-year expansion plans.
• Architect scalable operating models, develop financial frameworks and capital strategies.
• Champion workforce and supply chain strategies to support multi-market expansion and regional incentives.
• Serve as strategic advisor to senior leadership, aligning new programs with enterprise strategy.
