McKinstry is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Standardization to lead the Offsite Manufacturing unit in Seattle, WA. You will own the process roadmap, drive standardization, and oversee ERP implementation (Acumatica), coordinating with commercial, engineering, supply chain, operations, quality, project management and finance to deliver repeatable workflows.

Responsibilities include organizing initiatives from scoping to completion, drafting OKRs, managing contractors, and ensuring governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of team and/or project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the process roadmap and cross-functional process integration across departments.
