Job summary

McKinstry is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Manager to lead QC/QA across our Offsite Manufacturing facilities in Seattle. You will drive the Quality Assurance Plan, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with McKinstry standards and ISO 9001:2015.

You’ll mentor teams, manage CAPA and continuous improvement initiatives, and partner with enterprise safety programs while advancing Lean and Six Sigma practices throughout US regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a quantitative field related to construction or engineering.
• Advanced degree preferred for senior roles.
• Minimum 10 years in manufacturing and/or construction services.
• Minimum 8 years in quality control/QA, with project QA experience.
• Minimum 10 years of team or project management experience.
• 2+ years of technical writing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead QC/QA efforts across manufacturing facilities to meet annual goals.
• Develop and coordinate the annual Quality Assurance Plan with stakeholders.
• Manage CAPA plans and track progress.
• Maintain QMS health with senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Provide QA training across regions using online and in-person tools.
• Coordinate policies, procedures, and templates for the QA program.
• Coach teams on Lean, Six Sigma, and ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Collaborate with external standardization bodies and drive program improvements.
