Blue Origin seeks aSenior Project Manager, Secure Facility Expansion to lead end-to-end planning, design, construction, and accreditation of multiple classified facilities across the country.

You will coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, architects, and government officials to deliver compliant, on-schedule facilities. Travel up to 50% and a Top Secret/SCI clearance are required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of project management experience in facilities construction, including schedules, budgets, and contractor management.
• Experience leading multi-site or multi-phase construction programs.
• Strong cost management and budget forecasting experience.
• Experience leading Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) or similar meetings.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments including leadership, contractors, and regulators.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across U.S. locations.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for a multi-site secure facility construction program.
• Manage and report on a Master Schedule across all active construction sites.
• Own program cost management and budget tracking, including change orders.
• Serve as owner's representative in weekly OAC meetings.
• Coordinate government accreditation with Security and IT teams.
