Spectrum? Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Sr Program Manager for remote, 8-month engagement on the Sales Readiness GTM team.

You will drive collaboration, operational excellence, and cross-functional execution across global teams. You will own project plans, manage milestones, create comms, maintain microsites, build dashboards to track progress, identify risks, and coordinate learning program logistics such as offsites and kick-offs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 6+ years project management experience.
• 6+ years of sales experience in a closing role or sales readiness or learning & development or management consulting.

Responsibilities

• Project management (develop plan, timelines, own completion of milestones) for global Sales Readiness programs.
• Create and execute Sales Readiness communication plans.
• Own LSS Sales Readiness microsites (type, branding, keeping current).
• Build and publish dashboard of program success (measure and track progress, identify misses, create plan to improve/solve).
• Proactively identify, communicate and mitigate project risks.
• Coordination and logistical support for learning programs (offsites, summits, kick-offs).
• Use problem solving skills to logically structure ambiguous problems.
• Learn quickly, be proactive, and assume ownership for broad tracks of work.
