Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Service Readiness Program Manager III for a 12-month US Remote assignment. You will lead end-to-end programs that prepare Post Sales Operations for new Reality Labs products, coordinating with support, engineering, product, and sales teams to ensure readiness before launches.

You will develop robust project plans, manage risks, and define KPIs to drive successful execution, with a strong emphasis on data-informed decisions and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years in program management, preferably in tech or consumer electronics.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams from concept to completion.
• Strong understanding of post-sales operations and new product introduction processes.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
