Qualifications

• Advanced degree in public policy, education or related field or JD with relevant experience.
• Experience in teacher induction, retention or related education programs.
• Experience managing teams, partnerships, and large programs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of coordinators and consultants to implement strategic plans.
• Project manage across the Recruitment to Retention team and scale programming.
• Maintain relationships with district partners and align with TRQ goals.
• Develop data-driven tools, dashboards and reports for monitoring outcomes.
• Design professional development for superintendent teams and ensure alignment with initiatives.
