Job summary

NYC Public Schools seeks a Systems and Strategic Planning Manager for the Recruitment & Pathways team. You will build data systems, dashboards, and reports to monitor recruitment efficacy, costs, and progress toward staffing goals. Collaborate with Strategy, Data, Admissions and external partners to optimize outreach and pipelines.

You will lead data-informed planning, oversee budget and operations, and supervise Senior Recruitment Coordinators to ensure efficient recruitment season execution.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or JD with requisite experience in education, budget, or personnel functions.
• Bachelor's degree with 4 years of relevant experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Graduate education can substitute for some experience as described, with a managerial requirement.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain datasets to monitor recruitment strategies’ efficacy and efficiency.
• Develop data tracking processes and analyses for ongoing recruitment and key deadlines.
• Present data findings to stakeholders and guide strategy adjustments based on results.
