Job summary

CesiumAstro, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Products to transform customer needs into executable programs.

You will lead from pre-contract solution development through transition to execution, coordinating with Product, Engineering, Finance, Contracts, and Supply Chain to align scope, cost, and schedules with the company roadmap. The role requires guiding program plans, baselining, and risk management, while supporting ongoing product strategy with reusable capabilities and

Qualifications

• Experience establishing and managing scope, requirements, cost, schedule, risk, and execution baselines for complex technical programs.
• Proficiency in supporting programs from pre-contract or proposal development through contract award and execution.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, finance, contracts, supply chain and customer-facing teams to deliver integrated program plans.

Responsibilities

• Own the program execution approach from initial solution architecture through proposal, contract award, and transition into execution.
• Develop integrated scope, requirements, cost, schedule, staffing, risk, and resource plans; establish baselines with cross-functional teams.
• Translate solution architectures into development plans, milestones, and integrated program schedules with engineering teams.
• Identify opportunities to leverage existing or in-development products and advise on roadmap and investments.
• Prepare programmatic content for customer proposals, including SOWs, schedules, cost estimates, and risk assessments.

Education

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, program management, operations management, or related field

Master's degree

PhD in a related discipline
