Job summary

CesiumAstro is hiring a Senior Program Manager, Products to transform customer needs into executable programs within the Product Development & Assurance organization. You will lead program formation from pre-contract development through proposal, contract definitization, and transition to execution, coordinating with Product, Engineering, Finance, Contracts, and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12–15 years in program/engineering management.
• Proven ability to manage baselines for complex technical programs.

Responsibilities

• Own program execution approach from architecture to transition into execution.
• Develop integrated scope, costs, schedules, staffing, and risks.
• Provide program-level insight to inform roadmap and investments.
• Prepare SOWs, schedules, cost estimates, risks, and execution approaches for proposals.
• Collaborate with Contracts and leadership during negotiations to align scope and commitments.
• Coordinate Make/Buy trades to support the program baseline.
• Ensure programs transition into execution with a complete baseline and plan.
• Stay engaged with execution teams through milestones to close gaps between proposal and execution.
• Identify and resolve technical, cost, schedule, and contractual risks early.
• Serve as central integration point across multiple functions to align decisions.
