Job summary

CesiumAstro is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Products to transform customer needs and solution architectures into executable programs within the Product Development & Assurance organization. You will lead program formation from pre‑contract through proposal development, contract definitization, and transition to execution.

Collaborating with Product, Technical Architects, Engineering, Finance, Contracts, Supply Chain, and Program Management, you will translate the 'what' of the solution into

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12–15 years in program management, project management, or related fields.
• Experience establishing and managing scope, requirements, cost, schedule baselines for complex technical programs.
• Experience supporting programs from pre‑contract or proposal through contract award and execution.
• Extensive collaboration with engineering, finance, contracts, supply chain, and customer‑facing teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the development of the program execution approach from solution through proposal, contract award, and transition to execution.
• Develop integrated scope, requirements, cost, schedule, staffing, risk, and resource plans with clear baselines.
• Translate solution architectures into development plans, work packages, milestones, and schedules with engineering teams.
• Identify opportunities to leverage existing or in‑development products and inform roadmap and investments.
• Prepare program content for customer proposals including SOWs, schedules, costs, risks, and staffing.
