Job summary

CesiumAstro in the United States is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Products to transform customer needs and solution architectures into executable programs.

You will lead program formation from pre-contract development through proposal, contract definitization, and transition to the execution team, partnering with Product, Technical Architects, Engineering, Finance, Contracts, Supply Chain, and Program Management.

Qualifications

• Experience establishing baselines for complex technical programs.
• Support programs from pre-contract to execution.
• Collaborate across engineering, finance, contracts, and supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Own program execution from solution architecture to transition into execution.
• Develop integrated scope, cost, schedule, staffing, and risk plans.
• Translate architectures into development plans, milestones, and schedules.
• Provide proposals with SOWs, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with contracts and leadership during negotiations.
• Ensure transition with a clear SOW and baseline.
• Maintain alignment across Product, Engineering, Finance and Supply Chain.
