Job summary

Veeva Systems in the United States is seeking a Senior Program Manager for our Implementation/Professional Services team. You will own the end-to-end quality of client deliverables—from designs and content matrices through PRC submission to pre-launch QA—while developing scalable processes and leading a team of contractor editors.

This role blends deep pharma editorial expertise with a fast-moving SaaS environment, partnering with project managers, copywriters, developers, and customer success

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in life sciences, English, journalism, communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of medical/scientific editing experience in a life sciences setting (agency, pharma, or medical comms).
• Experience guiding content through MLR/PRC reviews and incorporating feedback across rounds.
• Strong attention to detail with factchecking, proofreading, and citation verification.
• Ability to develop and maintain editorial processes and QA procedures.
• Strong project management skills with multi-account deadlines in fast-paced env.

Responsibilities

• Review and QA project deliverables for accuracy and compliance before client review.
• Guide deliverables through client review and PRC submission with thorough editorial checks.
• Conduct pre-launch QA testing against PRC-approved materials and content checks.
• Develop and maintain quality processes, checklists, and best practices for the editorial team.
• Manage resourcing across contractor editors, coordinating review and QA tasks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Implementation and Customer Success teams to ensure on-time delivery.
