Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking an experienced quality software consultant to lead implementations at MedTech customers globally, guiding QMS transformation and technology adoption. You will collaborate with Professional Services to ensure delivery success across QMS implementations.

The role requires GMP/QA domain expertise, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across regions, including post-implementation enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of GMP systems ownership or software consulting experience.
• Strong understanding of FDA, EU MDR/IVDR requirements and reporting.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 and 14971; FDA 21CFR Part 803, 820, 822, 806; EU GMP Annex 11.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze customer business processes to identify key steps, gaps, and requirements for implementation.
• Lead QMS implementation workstreams for MedTech Quality Management solutions.
• Serve as primary liaison between implementation teams, customer stakeholders, and third parties.
• Analyze customer requirements and new product features to develop adoption and enhancement roadmaps.
• Guide customers in adopting Vault and best practices for post-implementation success and continuous improvement.
