Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking experienced professionals to drive the implementation of Veeva Quality LIMS solutions. You will collaborate with customers, manage projects, and lead configuration while ensuring success from initiation through deployment.

This remote, full-time role offers broad exposure to a cutting-edge GPM QC-focused LIMS within a growing SaaS company renowned for its leadership in life sciences software.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience implementing LIMS systems.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Proven track record leading customers and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% (typical 25%).

Responsibilities

• Support the software implementation of Veeva Quality solutions through feature assessment and review of new features.
• Manage customer projects to meet defined scope and handle escalations to ensure customer success.
• Assist customers in adopting new features via workshops; design, prototype, configuration, and solutions.
• Lead configuration and manage all solution settings.
• Ensure customer success throughout implementation and beyond.
• Mentor team members in domain expertise, customer management, and best practices.
