Job summary

Alma is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our Payer Success team within Operations. You will serve as the central coordinator for payer partnerships across the end-to-end RCM lifecycle, ensuring issues are tracked, ownership is clear, and momentum is maintained until resolution.

You will collaborate with Operations and Business Development, turning operational insights into action to improve outcomes for Alma providers and their clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare operations and payer relationships.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Ability to distill operational complexity for partners and internal teams.
• Data-driven with ability to monitor performance metrics and translate them into action.

Responsibilities

• Track open payer issues end-to-end with clear ownership and accountability.
• Improve RCM efficiency and performance to drive revenue and provider experience.
• Coordinate across stakeholders, surfacing interdependencies to move issues to resolution.
• Serve as operational contact for BD, triaging requirements across payers, roster, claims, escalations.
• Partner with Business Development on payer calls to drive RCM discussions and align stakeholders.
• Monitor for new payer requirements and mergers, mobilizing teams to implement changes.
• Track and report RCM performance by payer, surfacing trends and risks.
