Job summary

Spring Health is seeking a Program Manager to lead payer operations within Alma, a Spring Health Company. This remote, US-based role requires owning the end-to-end RCM lifecycle, coordinating credentialing, rostering, claims adjudication, and CX to ensure issues are resolved and performance improves.

You will collaborate across Operations, Business Development, and payer partners, track responsibilities, and drive accountability while delivering measurable improvements in revenue cycle

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare operations and payer relationships.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills.
• Detail-oriented and data-driven with ability to monitor performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Track open payer issues end-to-end with clear ownership and accountability across cross-functional teams until resolution.
• Drive measurable business outcomes by improving RCM efficiency and effectiveness, with the goal of increasing revenue and better provider experience.
• Partner with internal operations teams to connect dots across stakeholders, subteams, and workflows, surfacing interdependencies and moving issues to resolution.
