Alma, a Spring Health Company, is hiring a Program Manager for Payer Success to own end-to-end RCM operations. This remote role collaborates across Operations, Business Development, and payer partners to streamline credentialing, rostering, claims adjudication, and CX, ensuring issues are resolved and improvements delivered.

You'll drive accountability, monitor payer requirements, and translate operational insights into action.

Responsibilities

• Track open payer issues end-to-end with clear ownership and accountability.
• Improve RCM efficiency to increase revenue and provider experience.
• Coordinate across stakeholders to resolve interdependencies.
• Serve as operational point of contact for BD on payer needs.
• Support payer calls with BD to drive RCM discussions.
• Monitor new payer requirements and mobilize teams to implement changes.
• Track and report RCM performance by payer.
