Job summary

Alma is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our Payer Success team within Operations. You will own the end-to-end RCM lifecycle for payer partnerships, coordinating with operations, BD, and provider networks to ensure seamless processes and timely issue resolution.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration, monitor payer requirements, and report on RCM performance, enabling revenue growth and improved provider experiences. This is a fully remote, full-time role across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Experienced in healthcare operations and payer relationships.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with influence without authority.
• Highly organized, able to manage multi-stakeholder projects end-to-end.
• Detail-oriented and data-driven, translating metrics into action.

Responsibilities

• Track open payer issues end-to-end with clear ownership and accountability.
• Improve RCM efficiency to boost revenue and provider experience.
• Coordinate with internal teams to surface interdependencies and drive resolution.
• Serve as operations point of contact for BD on payer requirements.
• Collaborate with Business Development on payer calls to align stakeholders.
• Monitor payer changes and mobilize teams before problems arise.
• Track and report RCM performance by payer.
