We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead large-scale transformation initiatives within a major financial services organization. This role will manage complex programs spanning business, technology, operations, vendors, and multiple functional teams.

The ideal candidate has significant experience managing enterprise-level programs within banking or financial services and is comfortable working with senior executives, business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and EPMO organizations.

What You'll Do

Preferred Background

• 20+ years of overall program/project leadership experience
• Retail Banking experience
• EPMO or enterprise program management experience
• Product Manager and/or Scrum Master experience
• Experience overseeing vendor-led initiatives
• PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certification
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent extensive professional experience
