Job summary

LeoForce in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Senior Manager (or Director) of Program to lead large-scale modular construction programs. You will own P&L across assigned programs, design and restructure teams, and build high-level relationships with C-suite executives.

The role requires 10+ years of relevant experience, strong financial acumen, and a proven history of delivering complex projects on time and within margin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience totaling >$100M in actively managed contract revenue.
• Demonstrated C-suite-level client relationships.
• Ability to build, restructure, and right-size a program team.
• Ability to take direct control of a program in jeopardy and restore stability.
• Proven track record presenting to Executive Leadership.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Advanced financial acumen; capable of margin-focused P&L decisions.
• Proficient scheduling across MS Project, Primavera P6, Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Own program P&L with explicit margin accountability and financial outcomes.
• Design, build, and restructure the program team to meet demands and gaps.
• Develop and maintain C-suite level client relationships.
• Contribute to strategic pipeline decisions based on capacity and margin potential.
• Take direct control of programs in jeopardy and drive them back to stability.
• Refine program procedures; establish standards for schedule, financial reporting, procurement, and stakeholder comms.
• Present and defend Business Case Reviews to Executive Leadership.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of program managers.
• Champion safety and quality culture across the program.
• Ensure consistent execution of standards across all programs.
• Represent programs in senior enterprise forums and drive cross-program learnings.
