Job summary

BLOX LLC is seeking a Senior Manager, Program to lead one or more BLOX modular programs and the Managers who run them. This role owns program P&L with explicit margin accountability and builds the organization to deliver at scale.

You will develop C-suite client relationships, shape strategic pipeline decisions, and set standards for scheduling, financial reporting, and program governance while mentoring a team of program managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of experience accountable for programs >$100M in contract revenue.
• Demonstrated C-suite-level client relationships.
• Ability to build, restructure, and right-size a program team.
• Proven ability to take direct control of a program in jeopardy and restore stability.
• Proven track record presenting and defending Business Case Reviews with Executives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong financial acumen and explicit margin accountability.
• Advanced scheduling proficiency across MS Project, Primavera P6, and Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Own program P&L with explicit margin accountability across assigned programs.
• Design, build, and restructure the program team to meet demands.
• Develop and maintain C-suite-level client relationships.
• Contribute to strategic pipeline decisions based on capacity, margin, and fit.
• Take direct control of at-risk programs and drive them to stability.
• Refine and standardize program procedures, schedules, and reporting.
• Present and defend Business Case Reviews to Executive Leadership.
• Lead and develop a team of program managers; ensure performance and growth.
• Champion leadership development, safety, and quality culture.
• Represent programs in senior enterprise forums and share learnings for improvement.
