Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior Program Manager to lead complex customer programs in a dynamic setting. You will coordinate Resident Services, Spare Parts, Maintenance, and support teams while ensuring delivery against critical KPIs and SLAs.

The role requires a strong financial acumen, strategic planning, and proven leadership of cross-functional teams. Travel up to 50% may be needed, with after-hours coverage as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain with 10+ years in project management or equivalent.
• MBA in operations preferred but not required.
• Proven track record managing strategic customer accounts and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex customer programs across multiple teams to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Own program lifecycle from planning to execution, stabilization, and improvement.
• Act as primary business owner for key accounts and build executive relationships.
• Oversee budgets, P&L, forecasts, and cost controls while driving revenue growth.
