Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in political and/or labor organizing.

• Proficiency in G Suite; familiarity with Quickbase a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Organizing Governance to manage high-priority items across the Organizing Hub.
• Develop systems and tools to support campaigns and department-wide initiatives.
• Supervise staff to ensure proper execution of campaign operations and logistics.
• Facilitate internal communications, reports, and budget tracking across the Organizing Hub.
• Interface with Hub leaders, other hubs, and the Executive Office.
• Provide logistical support for Organizing Hub meetings and campaigns.
• Ensure staff complete internal administrative reports and participate in initiatives.
