Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years external labor organizing experience or eight years external and two years internal organizing.
• Eight years campaign planning and management experience with multi-component campaigns.
• Seven years direct supervisory or staff management experience.
• Risk analysis, strategy development, and data-informed decision making.
• Ability to coordinate multi-local and multi-stakeholder campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Represent SEIU in carrying out national organizing programs and campaigns.
• Develop and manage strategic organizing campaigns with state, regional, and national reach.
• Oversee campaign budgets, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with local unions, agencies, coalitions, and partners.
• Lead digital and field campaign components and data-driven adaptation.
