Job summary

SEIU Branding seeks a campaign organizer to lead large-scale organizing efforts across the USA. You will guide campaigns from planning to execution, coordinate with field staff and local unions, and help develop organizational strategy and training programs.

The role requires strong writing, verbal, and analytical communication skills, plus knowledge of campaign data tools and MS Office. Travel is frequent and hours may be long.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing, verbal, and analytical communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of organizing and political campaign strategies.
• Ability to develop and train staff and worker leaders in campaign skills.

Responsibilities

• Designs and manages large organizing campaigns with field staff.
• Coordinates divisions, regions, and campaigns; manages budgets.
• Directs campaigns and oversees staff training and performance feedback.
• Travel with overnight stays; long and irregular hours.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
