Job summary

Partner Company, based in the United States (Seattle area), is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Operations Excellence, to lead strategic initiatives across fleet operations, safety, compliance, and maintenance. This role emphasizes scalable processes and data-driven KPI frameworks in a fast-paced, technology-enabled environment.

You'll drive cross-functional programs, define performance indicators, and build dashboards for site, regional, and organizational levels.

Qualifications

5–10+ years of experience in operations, program management, or process improvement.
Experience in consulting, strategic finance, logistics, or related field.
Proven cross-functional program leadership from problem definition through results.
Strong analytical ability with data-to-insights; advanced Excel; SQL preferred.
Experience building KPI frameworks and dashboards.
Ability to influence stakeholders and manage multiple workstreams.
Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

Identify inefficiencies and design scalable SOPs across fleet ops, safety, compliance, and maintenance.
Define KPI metrics and dashboards; monitor performance at site to org level.
Lead cross-functional programs across Operations, Fleet, Safety, Finance, and Product.
Establish milestones, timelines, and measurable outcomes; manage risks and post-implementation reviews.
Lead change management; ensure new processes and tools are adopted and sustained.
