Job summary

Zūm, headquartered in Redwood City, CA, seeks a Senior Program Manager, Operations Excellence to design scalable processes and KPI frameworks for fleet, safety, compliance, and maintenance. You will partner with Operations, Fleet, Safety, Finance, Product, and field teams to drive measurable improvements.

This hybrid role requires onsite presence three days a week; 5–10+ years in operations or process improvement, a Bachelor’s degree, and preferably an MBA.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of experience in operations, program management, or process improvement in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Identify inefficiencies and design scalable SOPs across fleet, safety, compliance, and maintenance workflows.
• Simplify and modernize manual or inconsistent processes (e.g., inspections, audits, incident management, maintenance cycles).
• Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to track performance at site, regional, and company levels.
• Own and drive high-impact initiatives across Operations, Fleet, Safety, Finance, and Product.
• Drive disciplined execution with clear milestones, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
