• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in operation, maintenance, and contract management of information systems plus 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Hands-on experience recommending and implementing physical and security technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance and operations contracts from procurement strategy through execution.
• Drive contract cost-reduction initiatives via market analysis and scope enhancements.
• Resolve complex contract issues including mediation, liquidated damages, and insurance compliance.
• Provide strategic advisory services to leadership on budgets, contract advancement, and MWBE compliance.
• Lead the EOC Liaison Program during OEM events and regional emergencies.
• Oversee emergency planning across multiple facilities and weather-related contracts.
• Coordinate agency exercises with OEM for tabletop to full-scale drills.
• Ensure environmental compliance with NY/NJ regulatory bodies.
