Job summary

The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead a centralized Operations Services Unit that supports enterprise-wide operations across TB&T facilities and corporate units. You will oversee contracts, safety, compliance, and budget support, with coverage during emergency activations and after-hours events at the EOC.

Role requires driving efficiency, strategic advisory to leadership, and MWBE initiatives while coordinating with OEM and regional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in a related field from an accredited university.
• At least 3 years in operation, maintenance, and contract management of information systems.
• 2 years of supervisory/management experience.
• Experience with physical and security technology solutions.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive Port Authority vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance and operations contracts from strategy to execution.
• Drive cost-reduction initiatives via market analysis.
• Resolve complex contract issues including liquidated damages and insurance compliance.
• Provide strategic advisory on budgets and MWBE compliance.
• Lead the EOC Liaison Program during OEM events and weather disruptions.
• Coordinate emergency planning and drills with OEM.
• Ensure environmental compliance with NY/NJ regulatory bodies.
• Direct the department safety program and KPI tracking.
• Oversee the Uniform Contract and Earth Month initiatives.
• Advance MWBE supplier diversity by auditing payments and performance.
