This role directs a team of engineers, logisticians, cost estimators, Earned Value Management analysts and configuration management specialists. The Program/Project Manager will plan and manage technical tasking, integrate work across disciplines and ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Supervisory experience leading technical or analytical teams.
• Experience communicating with SES and Flag-level personnel.
• Proven ability to manage CPFF / level-of-effort service contracts efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Strong technical writing, analytical and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign and oversee technical tasking for the Technical Director's department.
• Manage staffing, labor hours, schedules and deliverables for the technical support team.
• Serve as the main interface with the Government Technical Director and department leads.
• Oversee HM&E and Combat Systems ILS reviews, ILS checklist evaluations, and technical assessments of proposed change requests.
• Oversee technical publication requirements definition, readiness analysis and shipboard library outfitting.
• Oversee support for the Power & Energy Technology Development Roadmap and international agreements.
