Job summary

Antenna Research Associates, Inc. seeks a Sr. Program Manager to plan and oversee complex RF component programs, ensuring quality, cost, schedule, and technical objectives. You will lead development, production, delivery, and sustainment for mission-critical SATCOM systems and coordinate with government customers.

The ideal candidate translates customer requirements, drives cross-functional execution, and builds strong customer relationships in a demanding defense environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• PMP certification required.
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance.
• 10–15 years of program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Support and/or lead capture, bid, and proposal activities.
• Manage and direct the daily execution of multiple programs to meet cost, schedule, and performance goals.
• Lead all meetings and the Integrated Product Team from proposal kickoff through program close.
• Provide interface with internal and external customers on existing contracts and bid activities.
• Serve as primary customer interface with DoD, Space Force, and other government organizations.
• Develop plans and schedules to execute contracts; manage budgets for labor, materials, travel, and services.
• Identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate risk throughout the program lifecycle.
• Perform variance analysis of schedule and cost; report to senior management.
• Ensure contractual requirements are met per regulatory and company policies.
• Demonstrate ability to manage changing priorities and aggressive timelines.
• Lead company program reviews due to knowledge and experience.
