Job summary

Antenna Research Associates, Inc. in Laurel, MD is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to oversee one or more programs ensuring quality, cost, schedule, and contractual objectives.

You will lead the development, production, delivery, and sustainment of RF components and systems for mission-critical customers, including military SATCOM programs for DoD and Space Force. Strong leadership and customer relations are essential.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Secret security clearance required.
• 10–15 years of program management or related experience.
• Experience managing firm fixed-price and cost-type contracts.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and Integrated Product Teams.
• Experience working with commercial and government customers.
• PMP certification preferred (not mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Lead development, production, delivery, and sustainment of RF components, subsystems, and systems.
• Manage and direct daily execution of multiple programs within contract requirements to meet cost, schedule, and performance goals.
• Lead all meetings and the Integrated Product Team from proposal kickoff through program close.
• Interface with DoD, U.S. Space Force, and other government organizations and prime contractors.
• Represent management at program reviews and other program-related events.
• Develop and implement plans and schedules to execute contracts/subcontracts.
• Allocate and control contract budgets for labor, material, travel, and services.
• Report program status to senior management and mitigate risks across the lifecycle.
