Job summary

Cobham Satcom in Concord, CA, seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead antenna, radome, and RF/SATCOM development and production programs for government, enterprise, and global customers. You will own scope, cost, schedule, and performance, serve as the primary customer interface, and guide cross-functional teams through full lifecycle from development to delivery in aerospace/defense contexts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
7+ years in project or program management in a technical environment.
Experience with electro-mechanical systems, antennas, radomes, RF/SATCOM technologies.
Proficiency with scheduling tools (MS Project) and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead complex antenna, radome, and RF/SATCOM programs across full product lifecycle.
Manage scope, cost, schedule, and performance to meet customer and business objectives.
Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using MS Project or equivalent.
Provide regular status updates to leadership and customers; monitor key program metrics.
Serve as the primary customer interface and coordinate cross-functional teams.
