Job summary

AV is seeking an RF Mission Systems (RFMS) Senior Program Manager to lead complex programs, drive customer relationships, and ensure successful delivery. The role emphasizes strong technical and program management capabilities, with a focus on phased array system development and production execution.

The successful candidate will manage schedules, budgets, and cross-functional teams, coordinating with engineering, contracts, and finance to optimize performance and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant STEM discipline or Program Management discipline.
• Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience managing technical programs with a budget of $20M or greater.
• Experience with developing and presenting schedule, financial and/or technical briefings.
• Knowledge of production planning and scheduling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage and lead production programs from inception to completion.
• Monitor progress, milestones, and deliverables; identify risks and mitigation.
• Maintain effective communication with customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate meetings and progress updates with PM Team, IPT Leads, Group Leads, and other staff.
• Coordinate with Engineering to transition products from design to manufacturing.
• Monitor production metrics and KPIs; drive improvements and cost reductions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
