Job summary

CACI seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead a flagship Space and Sensing RF collection system program in Sterling, VA. You will own cost, schedule, and technical performance across 5–10 concurrent tasks, engaging government stakeholders and DPAS-rated suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or related field with 10+ years of experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams.
• US Citizenship with active TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of program execution including cost, schedule, technical performance, and risk management with accountability for EAC.
• Drive development and integration of RF collection systems and antenna payloads.
• Coordinate DPAS-rated procurements, technical evaluations, FATs, and delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with RF, software, mechanical, and test engineers to ensure integration success.
• Oversee testing, analyze results, and guide corrective actions.
• Prepare customer briefs, program reviews, and CDRL deliverables.
• Maintain disciplined contract management across mixed CPFF/FFP contracts.
• Lead and develop a cross-functional team with hiring and staff development responsibilities.
• Sustain readiness with safety, ITAR/EAR compliance, and export controls.
