Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex government-focused programs in the Linthicum, MD area. You will drive development, prototyping, and maturation of microelectronics and advanced packaging technologies, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners.

The role requires strong leadership, KPI-driven performance, and clear communication with customers and executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 8 years of relevant experience, Master’s Degree with 6 years, or PhD with 3 years in government contracts/program management.
• Experience leading U.S. government programs, contracts, and acquisitions.
• Technical background in microelectronics and or advanced packaging technologies.
• Experience using KPIs and metric-driven program management.
• Must be a U.S. citizen with ability to obtain clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple fast-paced programs delivering design, manufacturing, and test efforts.
• Build and lead cross-functional teams to meet cost, schedule, and technical goals.
• Manage contracts, change control, budgets, and scheduling milestones.
• Deliver executive-level briefings and maintain clear customer communications.
