Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Linthicum, MD seeks an innovative IT Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering secure, integrated digital solutions. The role requires a Secret clearance and an on-site presence at the Linthicum campus.

You will manage Enterprise IT and Cybersecurity initiatives within the Advanced Systems division, coordinating with stakeholders at all levels and driving continuous improvement, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Government Secret clearance required (or in CEP).
• Proven IT project management experience with leadership in a matrix organization.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely, cost-effective IT and cybersecurity service delivery aligned to roadmaps.
• Manage daily priorities across design, development, integration and testing of digital solutions.
• Oversee quality, performance, budget, and schedules for IT/Cybersecurity aspects of Advanced Systems.
• Drive adoption of standardized digital solutions and retire technical debt.
