Job summary

BD is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a large Warning Letter program within the Lab Specimens Platform under the Specimen Management PMO. This role is based in Franklin Lakes, NJ, and requires steering a complex, cross-functional team to deliver on schedule, budget, and quality goals for WL closure.

Responsibilities include creating schedules, managing budgets, and guiding product development with strong leadership, communication, and risk management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a science or engineering field.
• 8+ years of experience, including 5+ years in PM leadership within a regulated industry.

Responsibilities

• Create project schedules, resource plans, risk management plans, integrated business plans, and product requirements.
• Drive execution, quality, and results of assigned projects and products.
• Lead cross-functional development of product architecture and interdependencies to ensure execution.
