Job summary

BD in Franklin Lakes, NJ, seeks a senior engineer to lead development, deployment, and industrialization of manufacturing equipment for the Specimen Management BU. Translate NPI and design changes into scalable, compliant solutions across multiple sites.

You will partner with Design, Quality, Operations, Procurement, PMO, and suppliers to drive equipment implementation, process optimization, and ramp-up, focusing on OEE, COGS, and regulatory compliance. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering from an accredited program.
• 10 years in engineering and process development within regulated manufacturing.
• Experience in the medical device industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute roadmaps for equipment and process technology.
• Lead capital equipment projects from concept through production launch.
• Collaborate with Design, Quality, Operations, and suppliers to ensure compliance and performance.
