Job summary

BD is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a large-scale Warning Letter program within the Lab Specimens Platform. Based in Franklin Lakes, NJ, the role oversees cross-functional teams to drive deliverables, ensuring cost, schedule, and performance goals are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a science or engineering field.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience including at least 5 years in program/project leadership within a regulated industry.

Responsibilities

• Create project schedules, resource plans, risk Management plans and integrated business plans.
• Lead cross-functional product architecture development and identify interdependencies.
• Manage daily activities, track progress, budgets, and mitigate risks.
