Qualifications

• 5–10 years of project management experience in biopharma or CDMO.
• 3–5 years of direct CDMO experience, including cGMP or technical transfer projects.
• Strong client-facing experience and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Financial acumen with POs, invoicing, cost estimation and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing projects from initiation to closeout, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget.
• Serve as the primary client liaison, manage scope changes and performance reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Manufacturing, MS&T, Quality, Supply Chain, and BD on cGMP transfers.
• Maintain PMO governance tools including dashboards, KPIs, risk logs, and project metrics.
• Present project health and risk to senior leadership and governance committees.
