BD, a global leader in medical technology, is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to drive cross‑functional product development within the Specimen Management Portfolio in IDS.

Based in Franklin Lakes, NJ, you will lead teams to deliver new products and sustain engineering, ensuring execution, quality, and market success. You will oversee planning, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder communications, with heavy interaction across senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science or engineering field.
• 8+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in PM leadership for product development within a regulated industry.
• Proven ability to translate customer requirements into product requirements; strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Create project schedules, resource requirements, risk management plans, and integrated business plans.
• Accountable for execution, quality, and results of assigned projects and product success in the market.
• Lead cross‑functional development of product architecture and interdependencies.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and align cross-functional teams toward goals.
• Manage daily activities, track progress, and monitor budget; identify risks and mitigation plans.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions; communicate risks to leadership.
