Job summary

Becton, Dickinson and Company (BD) is seeking an R&D Senior Engineer for its Specimen Management group in the USA. You will contribute to design control, DOE, data analysis and product development using both experimental and computational methods.

The role requires strong leadership, solidWorks/Pro/E experience, and DFSS/DMAIC expertise, with on-site collaboration 4 days per week as part of BD's in-office culture.

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of engineering fundamentals and design controls.
• Experience with DFSS/ DMAIC and design verification/validation.
• Experience leading small cross-functional teams and projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical solutions using experimental, computational and analytical methods.
• Plan, complete and analyze DOE; lead bench studies and tolerance stack-ups.
• Perform data analyses with statistical tools and present results to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with BD quality policies and drive design reviews.
