Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Bellevue, WA seeks a Senior Program Manager to own US long-term inventory and capacity plans within LTPF. You’ll define processes, align with business and operations stakeholders, and manage the end-to-end forecast lifecycle to enable strategic decisions.

You’ll partner with Product, Tech, Science, and Operations teams, present to Directors and VPs, and drive cross-functional initiatives that translate data-driven insights into actionable plans for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
• Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, organizational development, instructional design or related field.

Responsibilities

• Architect the customer engagement experience and ensure stakeholders can view, audit, and leverage LTPF outputs.
• Lead what-if analysis frameworks and forecast intervention workflows.
• Serve as the strategic bridge between LTPF outputs and diverse business stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end forecast consumption to interventions and drive strategic initiatives.
• Regularly present to Directors and VPs and publish strategic planning documents.
