Job summary

Amazon in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Principal Program Manager to own the multi-year Build plan for North America. You will define the strategic roadmap for customer engagement and forecast outputs, collaborating with scientists, economists, engineers, and business customers to enable accessible insights and actions for senior leaders.

As a senior leader, you will present to VP/SVP levels, drive cross-functional planning, and align calendars and reviews.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
• 7+ years of program or project management experience
• 7+ years of managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Responsibilities

• Lead large, cross-functional planning and strategy workstreams with impact on long-term capacity and build
• Regularly present to VP and SVP level leaders
• Prioritize operational excellence alongside roadmap feature delivery
• Demonstrate strong business acumen with strategic, analytical thinking
• Manage planning calendars and strategic review mechanisms
• Drive organizational alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Define the future US fulfillment network
