Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC seeks a Senior Program Manager to own US long term inventory and capacity plans within LTPF. You will define processes, engage with business and operations stakeholders, and prepare inventory plans for downstream teams.

Lead cross‑functional planning and present to senior leadership, driving organizational alignment and strategic initiatives. You will collaborate with scientists, economists, BIEs, and engineers to shape customer interaction experiences, including viewing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Architect the customer engagement experience, ensuring stakeholders can view, audit, and leverage outputs for strategic planning.
• Serve as the strategic bridge between LTPF's technical outputs and diverse business stakeholders; own end-to-end journey from forecast consumption to interventions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to determine priorities, manage complex initiatives from concept to delivery, and present to Directors and VPs.
